About Me

I’m Megan, a solo luxury-seeking millennial who’s all about wellness travel—and yes, a perfectly chilled cocktail too. My passion for travel began when I moved to Germany at age 12, and I’ve been exploring the world ever since. After earning my PhD in neuroscience, I realized that travel isn’t just about seeing new places—it’s about taking care of yourself along the way. After losing 150 pounds, I’ve gained a new perspective on both wellness and self-care. Whether I’m traveling in a larger body or a smaller one, I’ve learned that adventure is for everybody and every body.

I focus on wellness travel, where self-care can mean anything from a spa day to a short hike (I may weigh less now, but I’ve never been very outdoorsy). Whether it’s enjoying a boutique hotel, finding the perfect empty beach, or balancing wellness with a little indulgence, I’m here to show you that travel is about finding joy and self-care, no matter the destination.

From wellness-focused trips to luxury travel in your 30s and 40s (and beyond), my goal is to inspire you to travel well, live fully, and embrace a little indulgence along the way. With my background in neuroscience, I offer a unique perspective on how travel enhances both mental and physical well-being—and how self-care can be a yoga session or a rooftop bar with a view.
